Description
In the SMT production line, the external vacuum packaging machine for PCB has three main functions. First, it is moisture-proof and dust-proof. It evacuates and fills with inert gases such as nitrogen and then seals it to prevent the PCB from being damp and contaminated with dust, which affects the welding quality of electronic components. Second, it is anti-oxidation. The inert gas can prevent the oxidation of metal parts on the PCB and ensure electrical performance. Third, it is easy to store and transport. The packaged PCB can be better protected, reducing the risk of damage during transportation, and facilitating storage and turnover.
