What is spot welding machine？
Spot welder, is a mechanical device, using double-sided double-point overcurrent welding principle, when the work of the two electrodes pressurised workpiece so that the two layers of metal in the two electrodes under the pressure of the formation of a certain contact resistance, while the welding current from one electrode flows through the other electrode in the two contact resistance point to form an instantaneous thermal fusion, and the welding current instantly from the other electrode along the two pieces of work to the formation of a circuit of electrodes, and will not hurt the welded workpiece’s internal structure. The internal structure of the workpiece to be welded will not be injured.
