Automatic solder paste printing machine R5:
Used for printing solder paste or patch adhesive, which is correctly leaked through the stencil to the corresponding position on the printed board.
Pick and place machine Q4:
The SMD components are taken out of the package through the feeder in accordance with the pre-programmed procedure and accurately affixed to the corresponding position on the printed board.
Reflow oven QRF830:
Used for soldering surface-assembled components by re-melting the solder paste pre-dispensed onto the printed board pads to make the mechanical and electrical connection between the solder ends or pins of the surface-assembled components and the printed board pads.
