1.Q8
The Q8 SMT mounting machine (chip mounting machine) has been upgraded based on the QM61 SMT assembly series and has received feedback from customers.
Not only has it increased to 8 mounting heads, but it has also increased to 80 feeding slots.
The Q8 PNP machine has even improved its hardware, such as a shooting recognition camera, DSP digital driver, ball grinding screw, and main control computer.
Upgraded software features such as component library, visual monitoring, security alerts, fault warning, etc.
The Q8 SMT machine can easily handle irregular components, BGA, and 0201 inch packages.
The X and Y axes use larger Panasonic servo motors, with a speed of up to 16000 components per hour (CPH)
Without sacrificing CPH speed, achieve a never lost step accuracy of less than 0.001mm through high torque.

2.TVM925S
The TVM925S smt pick and place machine is designed with 4 heads and 50 slots.It borrows from the TVM925 smt pick-and-place model and incorporates technology from the QM61 series of smt pick-and-place models.
Hardware such as flying cameras, servo drives and motors, TBI screw rods, and automatic transfer rails have been added.
Upgraded software features such as component libraries, visual monitoring, safety alarms, fault warnings and more.
Handles shaped components, BGA, 0201 inch packages.
X Y axis with servo motors for speeds up to 9500 components per hour (CPH).
